Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qiaoyin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Qiaoyin. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to create an account.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Content Ownership

• Your recordings: You own your audio recordings. We only process them to provide pronunciation scores.
• Our content: Lessons, exercises, feedback templates, and all other Qiaoyin content are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Your scores: You may share your scores and progress data freely.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the scoring system, submitting pre-recorded audio from other sources to manipulate scores, or using the service in any way that violates applicable laws.

Service Availability

Qiaoyin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that pronunciation assessments will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Qiaoyin is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional speech therapy or language instruction. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your pronunciation progress or career advancement. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
